Olympia J. Atkinson is a freelance author, teacher, dancer, comedian, and documentary film producer. She is a veteran of the military services, having served 11 years in the United States Army and became a Supply Sergeant. After being inspired by Oprah Winfrey, She attended the University of Central Arkansas where she received a B.A. in Speech Communication. The daughter of educators, (both her Father and Mother) she has taught Elementary and Middle School students. She also self-published her first children’s book, titled “Kendahl’s Plans” with Author House Publishing. 
Olympia recently shot a documentary about her life story titled, “Olympia.” She will finish her Master’s degree in Education in 2024. Olympia lives in Maumelle, Arkansas with her two children, Jordan and Taylor.
